October 3, 2026, gave Y-NOT Racing its first launch and testing day with Y-16 at Hydrobowl.
Years spent watching from shore led to this milestone: the boat in the water, the team learning together and the first testing session underway.
The first wake.
Getting Y-16 to Hydrobowl turned shop preparation into real experience. The launch and testing session gave the team its first opportunity to learn from the boat on the water.
The goal was simple: work carefully, listen closely and use the day to build the knowledge that only comes from launching and testing.
The next chapter.
The first launch is complete. The first testing session is complete. Now the team can carry those lessons back into preparation, continue building seat time and work toward the first race weekend.
Every run adds knowledge. Every checklist gets sharper. Every milestone moves Y-NOT Racing farther from the beach and closer to the first green flag.
